As an Evelyn Francesca Events couple you get premier and personalized service for your wedding planning journey from start to finish. Each step is curated to meet your specific needs and desires to make sure the planning process is simple and enjoyable. Each event is created with you and your relationship as the inspiration, giving guidance in executing the perfect day for you and your guests.
Initial Meeting: The initial planning meeting is designed to be fun, get-to know you and laid back, all while discussing your dream wedding. We talk about the big picture, your must haves and have nots, budget, style and desires for the environment you want to create for your guests. You will get an Aisle Planner tutorial so you can see where your checklists, budget, contracts, guest lists and all notes will be held during your planning. You will leave this meeting with a clear understanding of the planning process to come.
Venue Search: Complete planning includes the sourcing of your perfect venue. With budget, needs, guest count and dates in mind we will present to you the best options. We will then tour the top three locations together to decide on the perfect fit.
Vendor Sourcing: After the venue and date are booked, we take the initiative in curating the perfect vendor team for your wedding day. This is to include photographer, videography, stationary, entertainment, rentals, catering, bakery, florist, and any other special vendors needed to create your wedding day. We reach out to vendors to check availability and send you up to three options in each category. Once you have decided which you would like to meet, we schedule your meetings, review contracts and help you decide on who to book. We will attend up to eight vendor meetings during this planning phase.
Design: The wedding design embodies all aspects from stationary to ceremony design, guest table design, centerpieces, signage, and rentals. We design a completely personalized and unique design that reflects you as a couple. We help with the design of stationary with one of our trusted artists, help book all rentals, design alongside a florist and will manage all sourcing of décor items. Favor sourcing and assembly included.
Wedding Weekend: Your guests experience is a top priority so we work with a travel agent to ensure your guests get the best rates for room blocks. We will manage your wedding website and as a bonus purchase your custom URL as a gift from us to you! We will help manage and book transportation for your bridal party and guests. All welcome bags are sourced, assembled and dropped off to your choice of three locations.
Communication: We value having open communication so email, phone calls and text messages are welcome. It is important that you feel included in our process and that we will be quick to respond. We will have periodic planning meetings as well to update each other and stay connected as the planning progresses.
Logistics: Wedding day logistics are handled by our team from the timeline, layout, to answering questions from vendors. We manage reminders of your payments to vendors and keep tabs on final information that they request before the wedding day. Day-of the event we oversee every aspect and vendor.
Event: The ceremony rehearsal is run by one of our lead planners the day before the wedding. The day of the event the Evelyn Francesca team will be onsite to ensure everything runs as planned. A bridal party assistant will arrive to manage hair and makeup, taking care of the bridal party needs, and assisting where needed. Evelyn will arrive five hours prior to ceremony to over see vendor arrival and set up as needed. Additional assistants will arrive to be support to the team and be available where needed. Our team is there to make sure your day is perfect, family is relaxed, bridal party is well taken care of, and the logistics are handled. Set up and tear down are handled by our staff so no guests need to do anything but be in the moment.
