Are you the couple that has booked your venue, starting the process of planning but wish you had someone you could reach out to for answers when questions arise? Do you still want to be the lead planner while knowing someone can help guide you if needed? This package was design with the couple in mind who has planning under control but want to gaurentee the hard work they put into planning is in the hands of a professional.  Evelyn Francesca is an investment into your wedding day and into you as a couple. While we do not offer "day-of" or even "month-of"'services, I have something more valuable to offer. Wedding management is a comprehensive service that gets you access to your planner from the day you book all the way to the wedding. On top of unlimited email support you get the following services:

Prior to the wedding:

  • Use of online planning tool called Aisle Planner to help you keep track of checklists, contracts, guest list, seating chart, budget and invoices. You will feel confidant you wont miss anything while planning

  • Access to preferred vendor list and rental discounts 

  • Create the timeline for wedding day from hair and makeup to photos all the way to last dance

  • Review contracts from venue and vendors to ensure nothing is missing and that your event will run seamlessly

  • Venue walk through up to three months prior to the wedding

  • Final meeting 4-6 weeks prior  to the wedding to discuss all details, finalize timeline and create our wedding day to-do list. This meeting will put you at ease that all your hard work will come together flawlessly

  • Confirm vendors 1-2 weeks prior to answer questions, confirm arrival time and send layout and timeline 

  • Rehearsal run-through of ceremony

Day of the wedding:

  • Lead Planner and assistant coordinator for 8 hours

  • Set up of all decor items the way you envisioned

  • Assist vendors in unloading, set up and timeline execution 

  • Cue vendors and wedding party for ceremony 

  • Direct guests and answer questions

  • If any problem does arise, we will take care of it without interrupting your day

  • Put gifts and cards in a safe location

  • Clean up and pack up any decor items

  • Distribution of vendor payments and tips
